Our child care programs, summer camp, and forest school are child-centered and inquiry based.
About the program
Summer Camp 2024 Registration will be available to returning campers in January, new camper registration will open in February.
Camp Fees are collected weekly.
A security deposit of 2 weeks of camp fees per child is required at registration. A full refund is provided if withdrawal or change to registration occurs prior to June 1. The security deposit is non-refundable after June 1.
About Camp
- For children ages 4 to 12 years
- Multi-activity day camp
- Licensed facilities, qualified employees
- Weekly trip
- Two snacks provided daily, one pizza lunch weekly
- We restrict foods brought from home or restaurants in order to protect the children in our programs with life-threatening allergies. Families must provide lunches that are peanut-free. Other allergens may also be prohibited.
Hours of Operation
Camp programming runs Monday to Friday, from 9 AM – 4 PM.
- Extended care is included in our fees. Locations open at 7 AM and close at 6 PM (locations hours may vary).
- Camp does not operate on statutory holidays (e.g. Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day).

2023 Summer Camp Memories!
Summer camp is a chance for kids to explore and connect, to learn about themselves and others, and to have free time to focus on their passions.
Camp provides many opportunities: making friends and memories, singing songs, playing sports and games, climbing trees, swimming, and creating, to name a few. In my youth, I looked forward to camp for all these reasons.
Most importantly, camp was a place I always felt I belonged.
Since 1983, thousands of children have attended Upper Canada Child Care (UCCC) licensed day camps. Our camps focus on building positive relationships and our programming reflects campers’ interests. We’re outdoors as much as possible at local parks, green spaces, and splash pads, building forts, scavenger hunts, art in the park and sports. We also go on a weekly field trip to beaches, conservation areas, and major GTA attractions.
